Equipment Rental
Inspection
- All equipment must be inspected by the customer before rental
- Any existing damage must be noted before departure
- Customers are responsible for reporting any issues before using the equipment
Requirements
- Valid identification document is required for all rentals
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition as rented
- Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
Tours
Safety
- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by guides
- Guides will provide specific safety briefings before each tour
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather or safety concerns
Photography
- We may take photographs during tours for promotional purposes
- Customers can opt-out of being photographed by informing their guide
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available for all bookings
- All payments are made in person
- We recommend canceling with advance notice when possible
Guide Instructions
All participants must follow guide instructions regarding:
- Safety procedures
- Trail etiquette
- Group coordination
- Environmental preservation
- Emergency protocols
Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for personal belongings
- Participants engage in activities at their own risk
- We maintain appropriate business insurance coverage
